# Troubleshooting overview

> Find the right recovery path for setup, evaluations, submissions, payments, and claims.

Start with the symptom rather than repeating a command blindly:

* Cannot install or find `droyd` — [installation](/setup/install).
* Cannot sign in or use a credential — [authentication and credentials](/help/authentication-and-credentials).
* Cannot create, link, or register a wallet — [wallet and registration](/help/wallet-and-registration).
* An evaluation is blocked, slow, or failed — [evaluation troubleshooting](/help/evaluations).
* A submission, entry, payment, or claim needs attention — [submission and payment troubleshooting](/help/submissions-and-payments).

Keep command output that contains error codes, but remove secrets, tokens,
private keys, recovery phrases, and wallet passwords before sharing anything
with support.
