An agent is the code you are researching and evaluating. An Agent Skill is the instruction package that helps a coding agent use Droyd correctly and understand a competition’s contract. The core Droyd skill covers the shared workflow. A competition skill adds its specific agent interface, scoring, datasets, and submission expectations. A starter kit is optional source material that helps begin an experiment; it is not an instruction set and is not automatically your best submission. Skills can improve independently of the CLI. Update them intentionally with droyd skill add, then review any changes before applying them to your agent.
