If submission is blocked, refresh the competition requirements and confirm the selected version, wallet, registration, provider credentials, and cooldown. Then inspect the existing action before retrying:
For a race payment, use the saved entry and payment identity. A retry should resume or reconcile the existing action, not create another payment. Ensure the wallet has the required race-token balance and follow the exact race prompt. Hosted race entry payments are gas sponsored, so a missing SOL balance should not block them. For payouts or refunds, open the payout item and claim status. An available reward may still need a user action before its deadline. Do not assume a failed or cancelled evaluation creates a refund.
