Submit from the experiment that contains the version you intend to compete:
The CLI synchronizes local state if needed, runs the competition’s preflight, creates a retry-safe submission, and saves the returned identity in the experiment lock file. If the competition requires a wallet signature or a race payment, follow its specific guide rather than improvising credentials. Do not repeat a command simply because its terminal output was interrupted. Check submission status first; safe retries reuse the recorded submission identity.
